I have a toy poodle and a cat. They both are inside pets and my dog, Ginger, has slept on the foot of my bed since she was 5 weeks old. Sometimes when I wake in the morning my cat, Kit, is piled up with us too. No big deal to me. Even with the pets I keep a neat, reasonably clean house and I love to spend my time at home.
I like quiet mornings, waking up slowly, easing into the day. I'm one of those people who can't speak intelligently first thing in the morning. Oh, yes, I smoke.

To begin, I am an honest person looking for the same in a mate however it seems as if I always attract the exact opposite. I am not going to say that I have all of the answers when it comes to relationships, but I will say that when it comes to matters of the heart I know how to take it slow and one day at a time.
