I am in love with the small things in life. Romantic things, movies that make you think, 80's parties, intimacy, traveling, the beach, aquariums etc. I'm a bit shy at first but definitely get over that quickly. I love competitive swimming and anything to do with the arts. I also have a weakness for diamonds of every color.

I am shy at first when I meet people but then I come out of my shell. My friends think that I am funny, friendly, honest, sincere and would do anything for them. I am very family/friend oriented and love to hang out with them. I have been at the same job now for 6 years and have been promoted several times since starting.

I'm very outgoing and laid back. Low maintenance. Independent. An animal lover. I love sports, especially baseball and football. I have been a teacher for the past 14 years.

I work a lot, enjoy life by trying to be happy & laugh. Very easy going, I love cats, watch movies, eat out, go to the beach or mountains.I have a great sense of humor, very able to laugh at myself. I do enjoy all pets.

Since my previous profile was referencing TV shows that are no longer on the air, theatrical movies that are now in the DVD bargain bin, and concerts by groups that have broken up, reformed, and broken up again, I thought it might be a good idea to update it. If I look familiar, it's probably because I have, indeed, been online for a while (either that, or there is someone in your neighborhood that looks exactly like me). Why have I been online so long? Well, I wish I had a definitive answer, but I'll be the first to admit that it's all my fault. I get a little focused in everyday matters (work, exercise, doing laundry, cooking - though I guess that's not an excuse. I mean, everybody has to feed and dress themselves.) Sure, I break away from time to time, a visit to Boston for a concert or show, dinner with friends, all that fun stuff, but I keep things on a pretty even keel, even though there's a part of me that does want to hop on a plane and go somewhere far away, if only for a weekend. Responsibilities, however, keep me from being flighty (no pun intended. Okay, maybe pun intended.) I know, I know, a lot of that makes no sense, and I'm probably a little too old to still be trying to figure stuff out, but there you go.

HELLO Men, My personality is honesty. I am all about honesty. So many people love to play head games. My question to them is why? Head games and lying
get you know where. I would rather tell you the truth then lie to you. My personality is carring and loving most of the time. But at other times it can be needy. I will admit that I some times I need a hug, a kiss and reassurances that all is ok. I am a women after all.
