I'm in a constant state of spiritual growth. I said "spiritual" & not "religious". There is a big difference & most people don't know the difference. It's taken me a long time to realize that I have to learn to luv myself before I can luv anyone else. I've learned that as long as I stay the same I will continue to send out the energy that attracts the same types of people. The type of people that where able to emotionally hurt, simply because I subconsciously felt I wasn't worthy of anything better. Now that I know this, I spend a lot of time in mediation & quiet reflection becoming a better person by knowing myself better. Because I now love myself unconditionally I am able to now love someone else unconditionally.
Also, I am a vegetarian who is working towards being 100% vegan. This means I don?t eat meat & I try to stay away from eggs & dairy. This lifestyle choice is strictly for health reasons. A few years ago I weighted over 400 pounds which caused me to have some health issues. Since the change in my diet I have lost over 100 LBS & those health issues no longer exist in my life. I still have a ways to go to get to where I want to be physically but I can only attribute my new found healthiness to my lifestyle ch

I am aretiredofficer of the military. I like to do about anything that gets me outside when the weather permits. I enjoy wood working and am currently searching for a waterfront fixer-up house to work on for when retirement comes for good. Work has me traveling at least 1 week a month, so you knows where I will be next.
