Currently I am a student at the University of Hawaii, studying Asian Studies and the Korean language. I want to teach English all over Asia someday. Its a long story how I got interested in Korea/Asia and its not very interesting, lol.

I love listening to music and wish I could find the time and patience to try and learn an instrument/pick back up the one I know. I like all types of music usually, from pop to hip hop to country, and though I dont listen to a lot of English music, it doesnt mean I dont like it.

Im a pretty shy person until I really get to know you. I really just enjoy listening and learning, really only giving my opinion when asked and sometimes not even then. I know this is a bad habit, but it comes from being soft spoken and pretty quiet my whole life, my friends always being a lot more outspoken than me. I love texting, but dont so much enjoy talking on the phone, though I will do it, especially to keep in touch with my parents and family in CA. I just enjoy talking in person much more. happy, love life and definitely my grandchildren. I am a mother of 2 grown sons, and 3 grandchildren. I left for HI to follow a dream, and loving it. I am retired from teaching in CA, but now I am teaching in a prison in HI.
