Soon to be 50 (9-1-10) mom to 2 young boys (5 & 8) who have SPD. Currently seeking BS in CIS to make a better life for us. My boys are my life and we are a package. I do appreciate that while children are the center of a home, the parents must invest in themselves and their relationship. My boys are sweet, generous and charming, and they can be challenging sometimes as well. I'm kind of homey, and quite happy having a water balloon fight, playing hose tag, cheering the boys on at tag, bike riding or skating, and being the "kool-Aid" mom.

For me personally, I love quite evenings after the boys are in bed, curling up with a good book (when I have time, that is - 2 kids, 2 jobs, freelance transcription and FT school). And I find peace and restoration at the beach, and our "fairy hole" on the Tail of the Lion Trail in GW National Forest.
